We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
